Phase 2 ESA of Crane Avenue

A Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment was undertaken for the City of Stratford on a vacant parcel of land that was slated for development as an industrial property.  As a matter of due diligence, the City requite that the assessment address whether or not the site, adjacent to long-time industrial occupancies, had been impacted by its neighbours.  A number of boreholes advanced using a mobile drill rig, providing insight into the soil stratigraphy, and permitting the gathering of soil samples which were sent a laboratory for analyses.  Following the collection of the soil samples, water samples were also collected and analyzed.
