Project Location: Tiverton, Ontario

NA Engineering Associates Inc. provided the planning, design, drafting and construction administration services for a new, 21-lot residential subdivision in Tiverton, Ontario.  The development is located on the edge of the village, and the grading, servicing, roadway design, etc. were all carefully detailed to connect to the existing infrastructure.  This development included a stormwater management pond which restricted flow rates of the stormwater leaving the property.  Since the development abuts a provincial highway, our firm was required to liaise with the Ministry of Transportation, as well as the Ministry of the Environment during the approval phase.
